Happy Weekend! Links / Nov 24

Is anyone else completely disoriented by the mid-week holiday? Thursday felt like a Sunday, Friday felt like a Saturday, and I was wracked with guilt all day today because I felt like I needed to get back to work. I hope you had the loveliest Thanksgiving– I’ll be sharing some snaps from ours tomorrow!

Isn’t this little evergreen darling? Can’t wait to get a tree this year! Image via Inspiration & Design

It’s a long, lazy weekend– here are a few must-reads you can’t miss!

To inspire:
-This prairie wedding featured on Green Wedding Shoes just takes my breath away.
-Joanna Goddard brings up the question: what if you don’t want to have kids? It’s definitely an issue on my mind…
-Tips on finding and creating inspiration from a fellow Blogcademy grad– I plan on doing everything on this list!
-Erin Loechner showcased the most fascinating experiment the other day: a self-portrait study where the subject was in disguise. I’d love to do a project like this!
-Brooklyn wedding gorgeousness (and I’m obsessed with the pink bunting strands)
-An ass-kicking by Kat– this week on Rock n Roll Bride, she gives us 8 tips you NEED to know when running your own business.
-Excited to see Jeannine and Southern Blooms blogging over on the Charlottesville Wedding Blog– they offer crucial tips to create the best relationship with the floral stylists on your wedding team!
-So excited to see so many craft communities popping up– Minted just launched their own design & craft blog, Julep and it is divine!
-Real talk from Nubby Twiglet– What do you really want? More college degrees? Figure it out!
-I just snagged a sneak peek copy of Marthe Hagan’s forthcoming e-book, Feeling Good When Life is Hard (which drops December 6) (ps she’s a Blogcademy London student)– so excited to dig in to it and so excited to share it with you! Follow along with Marthe here.

To eat:
-Vegan Apple Cranberry Oatmeal Bake, by Joy the Baker
-Eton Mess, by Oh Joy!

To craft:
-Jordan created these fabulous Christmas crackers! I’m also planning on making those paper crowns for our holiday celebrations.
-Make your own fabric tie! The loveliest post over on {frolic!}
